Cooking Class

Do you want to discover the true culinary traditions of Morocco? We invite you to come out of the skin of the surface tourist and make cross-cultural and gourmet encounters. For this Cooking Class session, your Chef will take where he will provide all kinds of explanations about the ingredients, traditions, and customs related to the Moroccan culture. Feel free to ask your questions and share your culinary experiences. The more you interact, the more you will discover! The staff will welcome you to its typical Moroccan restaurant for a multicultural meeting that will offer you the opportunity for a unique exchange. For a few hours, you will be part of the brigade of the “Chef”, who will deliver you the big and small gastronomic secrets of the culinary art of the city of Boumalen Dades, its traditions, and its origin. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize yourself with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the training of gourmet plates. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the full menu (Entrance, Resistance, Dessert) that you have elaborated, served with a lot of love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.
